Food matters. Not just in the physical functioning of our body, but in our mental health as well.It is essential in promoting mood, memory and learning and can greatly reduce the risk of neurological disease and depressive disorders. This is all well and good, but we must remember that there is only so much food can do and any significant concerns about mental health should be addressed under the supervision of a qualified medical professional.
