Eating right, exercising, sleeping 8 to 9 hours every night, and connecting with friends and loved ones are all vital elements in a mindful health and wellness routine. However, developing a program that best supports our unique dietary and lifestyle needs can frustrate even the most enlightened individuals.
As a holistic nutritionist, endurance athlete, and recovering alcoholic, I have the experience and passion to help others find health, balance, and happiness through food and fitness. I utilize the latest scientific research, extensive one-on-one client experience, and years of experimentation to help others restore or improve their health; establish and work towards their goals; and develop a lifestyle philosophy that best supports their unique physical, mental, and spiritual needs. More specifically, I specialize in teaching clients physiology and the science of nutrition; meal planning, budgeting, and cooking; habit formation and self-awareness; in addition to how to live a simple, clean, and fulfilling life.
As a Master Nutrition Therapist, Ironman All World Athlete, accomplished marathoner, CrossFit enthusiast, and recovering alcoholic having worked one-on-one with men and women of every type and disposition, I am uniquely qualified to work with a wide variety of personalities to help them develop challenging yet attainable health and wellness goals so that they can reach their fullest potential!
My name is Matthew and I read, write, study, eat, sleep, and breathe all things nutrition, health and wellness.
